OOTD: Bow obsession

I have a slight obsession with bows and anything that has a bow on it. During the Nordstrom Anniversary sale I saw a white button up shirt that had a bow. The bow was big and puffy around the collar, only problem, it was almost $200. I couldn't bring myself to buy it during the sale let alone at full price. But during one of my many online browsing nights I saw a similar shirt at H&M, and for under $30!
