It's October!! Which means it is officially fall. CA doesn't really have a typical 'fall' but we still love our boots. Usually in the summer Nordstrom has it's anniversary sale, and i always take advantage of the great prices to get a new pair of boots. This year I went with a Sam Edelman (the Reyes) bootie since it never really gets that cold for thigh highs. At least not for me, not yet. I finally took my booties out, the weather cooled down and it was the perfect excuse to take them out. I paired them with a cute A-Line skirt from H&M I bought on line during the week. The colors of the skirt are perfect for fall, and work great with booties.

The perfect block heeled bootie, very comfortable.

Mid-calf length that doesn't hurt when I walk, the leather is soft and gives with each step. They are leather all over with a suede back. The suede ends at the heel. They are pretty wide, I have narrow feet and I have plenty of room to wear thick socks and without rubbing on the sides. If you have a wide foot, you shouldn't have a problem with these.

Sam Edelman is my go to shoe brand for sandals and heels, now it'll be my go to for booties. Maybe I'll try the Penny boot next.
